OUR GROUP CLASSES
Total body strength training with non-stop, continuous movement that trains both muscular strength and endurance. Get ready to sweat!
GET ON THE BALL
The ball is used in this fun 30 minute class which will help you strengthen the core and improve stability and flexibility.
20 second intervals of extreme exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body.
30 minute class focused on the muscles and function of your core to include your abs, back, hips and glutes.
Dance fitness class that is fun, energetic and make you feel amazing!
Cardio-based indoor cycling. (Just like riding a bike!) Spin express is a 30-minute class.
30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of Yin Yoga.
A full body strength training class using weights, bands and your body mixed with intervals of cardio training.
All classes involve flexibility, balance and core strength focus, connecting the mind & body. Lengthen, strengthen and breathe! YOGALATES: A perfect blend of yoga and Pilates.
Get your heart rate up and your fight on! This martial arts based class will have you punching and kicking your way to improved fitness. (A great stress release too!)
The perfect combination of cardiovascular exercise, dynamic strengthening and core conditioning. This class focuses on the whole body and will include balance training and stretching.
30 minutes of cycling followed by 15 minutes of dynamic full body strength training.
Full body workout including cardiovascular intervals to get the heart rate up and band strengthening exercises to fuel the muscles.
