CHARLENE MORIN

DIRECTOR

With over 25 years in the fitness industry Charlene has served in many roles from front desk receptionist and membership sales representative to personal trainer, fitness consultant and group fitness instructor. She holds a BS from University of New Hampshire in Recreation Therapy. Spending 13 years as a Group Fitness Director, Charlene has developed successful group exercise programs from the ground up. She has worked with a variety of individuals as a personal trainer helping them achieve their individual fitness goals. Charlene’s specialties include working with special needs and post rehabilitation clients. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her son and daughter and attending their many sporting events. Charlene also loves being outdoors and gardening.

Specilizatons: ACE Personal Training, Resist-a-Ball Core Instructor, Mad Dogg Athletics Spin, Les Mills Group Fitness Certified Instructor in BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, BODYCOMBAT and BODYVIVE.

ALEX CUETO

operations Manager

Coming from Orlando Florida Alex has 4 years of experience in the fitness industry starting as a fitness associate and working his way up to becoming the facility supervisor at Florida Southern College. He holds a BS in Business Administration from FSC where he was a student personal trainer. Alex is always looking to expand his knowledge of the fitness and wellness industry. His dream is to open a fitness center in a third world county and share his passion for fitness with others. Alex enjoys cooking, going to the beach and eating lots of food promptly followed by a hard workout to burn it off!!

After completing 2 years of studies at Florida Southern College as a Business Administration major, he has come back home to finish school at North Shore Community College.  Very passionate about fitness, Kevin is an aspiring Personal Trainer and fitness competitor.

Dean comes to Flow Fitness with 17 years of experience in the Personal Training and gym industry.  An All American athlete he is a native of North Andover where he has been inducted into the high school Hall of Fame.  A graduate of Springfield College, he looks forward to working with clients at any fitness level with his fun and unique style of exercise programming.

SHEILA WESCOT

Yoga - E-RYT 200

Sheila stepped in to her first yoga class during a quest to keep her workout routine new and exciting.  She found an immediate connection with yoga.  The physical experience of yoga was evenly matched with a sense of inner peace.  And thus began Sheila’s spiritual journey.  

Life presented an amazing opportunity for Sheila to obtain her 200 hour teaching certification through a month-long intensive program at Frog Lotus Yoga, located in The Berkshires of Massachusetts.  Sheila's studies included asana, pranayama, anatomy, and Yogic philosophy and culminated with her certification to teach both Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Interdisciplinary Yoga. 

Sheila’s continuing education has resulted in two additional certifications – children’s yoga for ages 2 to 13 years, and prenatal yoga.

Sheila's intention is to create a warm, nurturing environment in which students can discover the amazing capabilities of their own bodies while remaining spiritually grounded and self-loving.  And she always encourages a sense of humor!
