    Time domains will vary but we stick to the plan of increasing lung capacity and shedding fat through functional bodybuilding.

LIT INFERNO is a next-level class that combines low-impact cardio with our signature Inferno strength class.

  • “HIIT” 10 ZONES of functional-based movements in the most fun way possible! This class will push you to be your best all within a non-intimidating environment with the support of motivating coaches who teach you how to bump up the intensity.

    Programming aims to pack the most punch for members by increasing overall fitness through a partner AMRAP (as many reps as possible) template that uniquely combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and high-power functional movements. This style of partner training is a proven methodology that inherently makes individuals work HARDER, which in turn creates change. All programming allows for modifications to accommodate all fitness levels and guarantees you will feel your best physically and mentally!

Sweat Zones is our Premier Bootcamp with a twist! Functional metabolic conditioning in a fun supportive team atmosphere is where you will kick your cardio up.

Spark Fitness & CrossFit Class Cancellation Policy.
There will be a $5.00 accountability fee to anyone who cancels out or no-shows a CrossFit or Spark Fitness class 60 minutes or less prior to the start of class.
