  • There will be a $5.00 accountability fee to anyone who cancels out or no-shows a CrossFit or Spark Fitness class 60 minutes or less prior to the start of class.

    Reasoning: This fee is designed to foster a respectful and punctual class environment, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate fully and when spots sit empty everyone suffers, especially at peak times when people are turned away.

    How to Cancel: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If your late cancellation is due to an emergency or you moved to another class time on the same day, we ask you to call our Welcome Desk at your earliest convenience at whichever location you are registered and communicate directly with staff. If you have been charged and it is forgiven, you will see a credit on your account to be used for future purchases.   • We are located within the Riverwalk Properties at 280 Merrimack St. Suite 124, Entrance K, at the back of the building. You will see signage outside, but we are located in an old mill building across from the parking garage.

  • Free parking is available on the street directly in front of the gym entrance or in the parking garage across from our facility. (For 15 minutes)

    Spark will validate up to two hours of parking.

  • Monday - Thursday: 5am-9pm

    Friday: 5am - 7pm

    Saturday: 7am - 12pm

    Sunday: 8am - 12pm

  • Find a locker that is open,

    Press the “C” button, put in your own 4-digit code, and then press the button on the bottom right (the picture looks like an old-fashioned key.) TO LOCK.

    Follow the same procedure TO UNLOCK the locker. (Note: if you have fast fingers and try more than 3 times to open your locker, it will automatically shut down.)

  • If you lock yourself out, a Welcome Desk staff member will be able to assist you.

  • Access to both gyms is available based on your membership. Contact a membership representative about how to upgrade your membership.

  • When the studio is not being used for class, it is utilized for personal training or small group training and is not available for members to use on their own. We welcome members to utilize The Deck when class is not in session or it is not being used by a team.

  • The Deck is the beautiful training space just outside of the studio. This is where we hold our Spark Strength classes, youth training, and where we do small-group personal training. This space is available to use when there is not a scheduled class.

  • Of course. Your guest can pay a drop-in fee of $10 for use of the gym, or $25 to drop in to one of our group classes.

  • You can update your information through our clubcloud Member Portal, in person at our Welcome Desk, or over the phone.

  • Please know that it is mandatory to sign up for classes on clubcloud at least 1 hour prior to the class start as this allows our coaches to prepare accordingly. We understand this will not always be the case, but if you plan on class, sign up to reserve your spot. If you are not signed up for class before arriving at the club, you run the risk of being capped from the class.

  • We have some WILDLY popular classes that have a smaller capacity roster in the early morning, along with some of our weekend Zumba classes (in Andover).

    Due to the demand, we have implemented an accountability fee as we had too many people taking a spot in a class that had waitlists. It is very difficult for us to see someone miss out on a workout due to someone else holding them back.

    When you reserve your spot, you will be held accountable for showing up. If you are to cancel within 1 hour of the class start or you no-show altogether, an accountability fee will be incurred for classes with waitlists.

    The fee is $5.00 and if you are a regular offender (more than 3x/month), you will be subject to the full charge of $25/class. You will also lose that class pass. If you cancel outside of the 60-minute class window, you will not be charged.

  • With expected overnight inclement weather our 5:15 am & 5:30 am classes will be determined if they are on or canceled the evening before by 9 pm. Be sure to check your email/texts for updates. The best practice is to always keep an eye on our clubcloud schedule or updates from the club for all other classes on social media.
