Junior Athlete Performance (Ages 12-15)

Our Junior AP (Athlete Performance) program delivers the fundamentals of strength and conditioning. We meet athletes where they’re at and emphasize the importance of proper weightlifting techniques paired with challenging conditioning. As a result, our athletes can push past their comfort zone and build their speed, strength, and overall confidence.
